Six simple steps to raise your vibration daily.
1 - Be grateful.
Making a gratitude list shifts your vibrations from focusing on what you don't have to what is already abundant in your life. There is more to be grateful for than you could possibly imagine and when you ‘count your blessings’ you will find more things to be grateful for!
2 - Choose your environment.
Find something beautiful and appreciate it.
Beauty is all around us, yet so often we are too busy or too burnt out to notice it! For example, if you stop rushing around for a moment and take the time to stand in the sun and appreciate your surroundings, or take time out to grab a cuppa and a chat with a friend who makes you happy, you will discover the beauty that surrounds you
wherever you go. These small things done daily will raise your vibration and reduce stress levels at the same time!
3 - Drink water.
Always ensure you drink plenty of water (filtered is best) to assist your body to flush out toxicity day to day. Toxicity has a scientifically proven negative impact on our vibration, so we must do what we can to reduce its impact within us and around us. Try to aim for 2 litres a day (and no your 5 cups of tea a day doesn’t count towards your daily goal of drinking 2 litres of water, we know you were thinking it!).
4 - Meditate.
Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and breath in and out. Too often we rush through our days with a scattered brain leaving us in a state of anxiety and stress. Meditation helps to calm your spirit, slow your mind down and put you in a peaceful state of being. Just 10 minutes of meditation a day can change your life forever!
5 - Practice acts of kindness.
Giving to someone else (without expecting anything in return) shifts your thinking from “I don’t have enough" to "I have more than enough to give to others and still have all I need”. Abundance is a high vibrational way of being. In the same way, being kind (as opposed to being mean) puts you in a high vibrational state. Gossip or treating others badly will automatically alter and lower your vibration!
6 - Embrace self care.
Self care will always raise your vibration because it makes you feel amazing! Take some time for a soak in the bath with some excellent quality Magnesium Flakes, play your favourite music and dance around the kitchen, take a walk in nature and absorb your surroundings, practice meditation, read a book or even do absolutely nothing if it’s what will make you feel good! Self care is pretty unique, what works for you and helps elevate your mood is your version of self care!
