Resident Stories: The Brow Club

Business Name:

The Brow Club

What is the nature of your business / what services do you offer?

All things brows, offering treatments, products, and training around the UK.

How did you come to be in the industry you are in? What is your background?

I’ve been in the beauty industry since i was 18 years old. I had my first salon any the age of 25 years old. When I started the Brow Club I was the only brow specialist in the North West. I out grew my old salon very quickly and couldn’t believe it when I got a coveted room in The Secret Warehouse!

My business has gone from strength to strength and in 2017 I brought out my own products. In 2018 I started a training academy and also sponsored the 2018 London Makeup By Mario Masterclass with my Big N Bushy Brow Kit. I brought out a new product, Freckle Face, in 2019. We also hold regular pop-ups in London and Essex and secured a spot in ASOS.

I am currently still training to keep things interesting and current for my clients and business. I can say that I truly have created my own dream job.

How would you like your clients / customers to describe your business?

That I am very professional. People come to The Brow Club to get the best results.

What has been your greatest achievement to date?

Sponsoring the 2018 London Makeup By Mario Masterclass with my Big N Bushy Brow Kit.

How does your business align with the values and ethos of the Secret Warehouse?

My business was born on the law of attraction. I try and live by the law of attraction as much as I can by doing daily exercises to keep it working.

How has being a part of the Warehouse community benefitted your business?

Having consistent support, helping me to grow as a person and growing my business. Being surrounded by people that help me with products, being models, my design and even uniforms.

If you could give one piece of advice to anyone who wants to start their own business what would it be?

Go for it! Don’t be scared, take the chance and do it.
