What is the Law of attraction?

Let’s start with the basics. The Law of Attraction essentially states that “like attracts like”; in other words, you get what you give out, often unconsciously drawing specific things towards you. So, if you can change the way you think and feel, you can change what you attract into your life.

Just like gravity and the laws of motion, we can’t see the Law of Attraction, but we can see how it changes things around us; just consider the success stories you’ve no doubt already seen and read.

The phrase The Law of Attraction was first coined by philosophers in the late 1800s. The phrase, however, is a general description of cause and effect that goes back to the very start of human existence and has been written about at the heart of many religions and philosophies. There is no dogma, no judgement and it embraces all people. The Law of Attraction speaks to focus- and how when we are in certain moods we tend to attract thoughts which reflect this mood. We then begin to experience life in this way, according to our beliefs. For example: we believe that people always judge us, and everywhere we go people judge us. We believe the world is frightening, and encounter a frightening world. Or, we feel successful at business- and so we experience success in our career. In all cases our beliefs are ‘proven’.

The Law of Attraction,is about enjoying your life. It’s about creating a good physical or material life experience for yourself- but without happiness, all the stuff in the world is rendered useless.

What is Manifesting and how to do it?

When we talk about manifesting, all we mean is turning dreams or wishes into reality. You can manifest things by using Law of Attraction tools in conjunction with standard, more practical plans of action.

5 tips to for manifesting your dreams and desires:

  1. Take time to envision what you want, write it down, or even make a vision board.
  2. Research what it will take to get it. After all, taking action is important.
  3. Think about it enough that it becomes part of your consciousness and then release it to the Universe. 
  4. Feel like you already have it and be grateful. This will put you into a receptive vibration.
  5. Be open to seeing signs and synchronicities.
How long does it take to mainfest something?

As hard as it sounds, this is a question that you need to work to let go if you’re going to manifest what you want using the Law of Attraction. In fact, the sooner you can cultivate a mindset of universal gratitude and positivity about each passing moment, the more likely you are to manifest an increasingly better life at a faster rate.

Most people who have successfully used the Law of Attraction note that they can see they manifested their dream at precisely the right time for them (which is usually not quite when you’d think it would be). Although it sounds like a cliché, there is much to be enjoyed about life’s journey and if you can learn to do so, you’ll become more effective at manifesting.

I do everything - I read, I meditate, I listen to subliminal audios, yet I'm still struggling with the LOA. What should I do?

It sounds like you’re doing the right thing by getting all the tools and resources you need to become more abundant, however you still need to be proactive and take action.

One way to open your flow of abundance is to make sure to practice gratitude everyday, do something that brings you joy, be of service to others, and take action on opportunities.

In order to master the Law of Attraction, you need to know what you want, visualize and truly feel already having it, and take action in that direction.

How can I tell the LOA is working?

A lot of Law of Attraction teachers will quote from quantum physics, but I like to explain it this way:

When you utilize the Law of Attraction by taking a positive and empowering mindset, 3 amazing things happen:

1. You recognize more opportunities and take advantage of them.

2. People treat you better and offer you opportunities that weren’t available before.

3. The Universe pitches in to bring you even closer to your goals. Expect unexpected checks in the mail and other wonderful “coincidences” falling into your lap almost magically.

In my experience, the strongest signs that the Law of Attraction is working will usually come from within you.

 

Self Love and Law of Attraction

If you dont believe in yourself you are not going to be able to make magic happen.

You must whole heartidly believe in your ability to have anything you want.

You must believe in your own power to change the world. (No matter how small that change might seem!)

And you must believe that you deserve it. Right here, right now, exactly as you are (not some “perfect” future version of you.)

If something’s “wrong” with your ability to manifest, this might just be the missing link.

And let’s just be clear: self love isn’t about false ego traps or developing an oversized ego!

It’s simply about loving yourself and believing in yourself enough to do the best thing for you: creating a life you’re wildly in love with.

How do i know if im using the Law of Attraction properly?

Let your intuition guide you when it comes to judging whether you’re using the Law of Attraction in the right way. If you feel just a little bit better every day, are more capable of seeing the positives in most situations and can see the tangible steps you’ve taken on the road to the life you want, then you’re using the Law of Attraction effectively.

These are all signs that you’re heightening your vibration, and therefore signs that you’re beginning to attract the things you desire most of all.

Is it possible to use the Law of Attraction to get someone to Love you?

Even though the Law of Attraction is a powerful law, and it may be tempting to use it for this purpose, it won’t work against a person’s will.

If you feel like you have to manipulate the powers of the Universe for someone to see all your magnificence, then you’re probably going after the wrong person.

I encourage you to take a step back and reassess what you really want and deserve. Why would you want someone who doesn’t want you?

The universe simply can’t add more love to your life when you’re focused on the love you don’t have.

The act of “searching” evokes a feeling of desperation that may block the natural flow of love.

So rather than “looking” for love or desiring for someone to fall in love with you, consider focusing on yourself, and ALL the things you’re looking for in your perfect partner as opposed to trying to get your ex back or trying to get someone to fall in love with you.

Remember that real love should never feel forced 🙂

What does it mean to have a high or low vibration?

Everyone has a unique vibration, and it changes all the time. Your vibration is the energy you send out into the universe as a result of what you think, how you act, the way you feel and what you believe. If you’re vibrating on a high frequency, you attract bigger, better and more fulfilling things from the world.

Meanwhile, if you’re vibrating on a lower frequency, you’re likely burned out and feeling low, which makes it harder to attract what you want. There are some easy and powerful techniques for figuring out your current vibration and adjusting it to suit your purposes.

Self Love, what does it mean?

Before you can receive love and respect from others, you need to love and respect yourself.

When you make decisions out of guilt, a need to please or to avoid conflict, you overvalue the needs of others and disrespect yourself.

This conveys—to yourself and those around you—that you accept very little. That doesn’t feel very good, does it?

Some people equate self-love with selfishness. But that’s not true.

When you think this way, it becomes hard to take good care of yourself. Delete that limiting belief from your mind.

Create a new belief that echoes in your ear: “It’s okay to put my needs first.” Repeat often.

The good news is when you love yourself fully you feed your soul and become the highest version of yourself.

Changes that will take place once you start to Love yourself

You will start to feel more in charge of your life.

You will set stronger boundaries around dating and love.

You will stop seeking approval.

You will start to enjoy being with yourself.

You will develop a stronger relationship with yourself.

You will stop seeking happiness in relationships.
