So glad you could join us while we take a look at the Law of Attraction and guide you through some simple steps so that you can make your dreams into your reality!

We’re sure you’ve all heard the words ‘Law of Attraction’ and ‘The Secret’ and probably seen it splashed all over social media the last few years as more and more people are opening themselves up to the possibility that they can make their dreams come true by using the law of attraction. But, we speak to a lot of people who don’t actually understand what the law of attraction means and how they can apply it in their lives, so we thought we’d tell you a bit about the principles of the law of attraction and give you some easy to understand tips about how to live ‘in the flow’ of this universal law.

Firstly, the Law of Attraction is actually more scientific than spiritual because it’s based on the flow of energy and as we’ve said before ENERGY IS EVERYTHING AND EVERYWHERE! Most importantly WE ARE ENERGY!

The basic principles of the law of attraction are quite simple, once you know what they are…so let’s dive right in!


Ok, so what does that actually mean…to us it means if you want to bring more of something into your life you have to give more of that thing (like attracts like). For example if you want to attract more love into your life then you have to start with yourself, give yourself love and take time for self care. You’ll then start to notice quite quickly you’ll be so full of love that it will spill out of you and into the people around you and also out into the universe and in return, due to the law of attraction, you will find more things to love about yourself and those around you and the energy of your loving vibrations will be returned to you 10 times over!


This is a big one! If we all can agree that like attracts like then gratitude should be a daily practice. For example, if we went through life counting our blessings, as big or as small as they may appear then the universal law of attraction would bring us more people in our lives or things in our day to be grateful for. It’s a biggie, but a simple one (that’s probably why we love it so much!)


OK, so that’s pretty self explanatory isn’t it…but what does mean when we find ourselves in a negative situation? Well, the truth is life happens, not every situation is within our control…but the one thing we do have control over is how we respond to a negative situation! If you find yourself in a situation or position that makes you sad or annoyed or hurt then our top tip for you would be this…STOP, TAKE A BREATH, FIND ONE SINGLE POSITIVE THING (I guarantee there will be at least one!) AND FOCUS UPON IT! Give it space to grow, nurture it and watch your thoughts change from focusing on the negative to being grateful for the positive…remember…Positivity is Power!


So we saved the best for last…this is the most fun principle of the law of attraction and yet if you haven’t practised the first three principles first then you may find this difficult. That’s why this is last on our principles list. Ok, so how do we do this…we suggest finding a quiet moment in your day or evening to close your eyes and see yourself living the life of your dreams. What does that look like…what does it smell like…how does it feel…are you on a beach…are you in a business meeting…are you snuggled up on the sofa with a loved one, drinking coffee and chatting about your next adventure or are you jet setting around the world with your friends exploring new countries…
Whatever your dream life looks like to you, you need to make it a daily practice to live it in your head as if it were happening right now because (and we’re bringing it full circle to principle number one now) you have to BE WHAT YOU WANT TO ATTRACT! If you can see it, you can live it!
